MedTrac provides Designated Employer Representative (DER) certification training to ensure that the individuals responsible for a company’s drug and alcohol program are aware of their responsibilities with keeping their company in compliance with all the DOT regulations. The DER Training Course focuses on providing your company’s DER with the necessary information to fully understand their role in the drug and alcohol testing process. MedTrac provides collector training in accordance with DOT regulations.
The training course includes qualification training and initial proficiency demonstration.
This training, according to DOT regulations, must be done no less than every 5 years from when you successfully completed your qualification training and initial proficiency demonstration.
This training, according to DOT regulations, must be done if a test was cancelled because of an error made during the collection process. It also states that this training must be completed with 30 days of the date you were notified of the collection error.
